Here are some frequently asked question’s for our company
About Family Adventure Tours - FATCO
Yes, an OHV license and class is required for Utah and Arizona
FATCO Offroad specializes in multi-day expedition-style trips across Southern Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. Popular options include Zion corridor routes, Cloverleaf trips, and the signature NAU (Nevada–Utah–Arizona) expedition. These Zion jeep trips and overland-style routes are designed for point-to-point travel rather than simple loop rides.
Guests should bring their offroad-ready vehicle, valid identification, personal gear, weather-appropriate clothing, and plenty of water. Since these are multi-day offroad trips, it’s also recommended to bring overnight essentials, snacks, and any personal recovery equipment you prefer for added comfort and preparedness.
No prior offroad experience is required. FATCO Offroad welcomes beginners, families, and experienced drivers alike. Every trip includes a safety briefing and structured convoy format to ensure everyone stays comfortable and supported throughout the journey, even on more technical terrain.
The best time for Zion jeep trips and Southern Utah offroad travel is typically spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) when temperatures are moderate and trail conditions are ideal. Summer trips are still available but can be hotter in desert regions, while winter routes depend on weather and elevation.
